- High efficient vacuum system, to include a HVC 35 mechanical pump, 6” diffusion pump, 6” main valve, and Pfeiffer holding pump.
- 7.5 HP high velocity internal gas cooling recirculating system.
- Two (2) Inert gas backfill and partial pressure system.
- Hydrogen partial pressure system.
- 40 KVA SCR hot zone power supply.
- Solar Vac® 3000L control system.
- Honeywell DCP300 programmer.
- Type “S” thermocouples for control, over temperature and record.
- Six (6) type “K” work load thermocouple assembly.
- EMT conduit between control cabinet and furnace.
